Exactly how to use Daz Studio, overall rendering info, etc, is not going to be covered here (probably, who knows. Well, answering that question is what I'm going to try helping you to do. What do I really need to start making my 3dx scenes? What are all these model versions, characters, bundles, morphs. Not enough to create the renders of your dreams! So you go to the Daz store (or Renderosity. So you love 3dx and want to start making your own? You found out using Daz Studio is free, installed it, and then you noticed you only have a handful of things in your content library. Figured I could share it and save a few people some headaches (and probably some money).
I don't consider myself a "pro" since I don't have a career selling my works yet, but I have been using Daz for two years, making many, many mistakes xD. That led to me thinking, "what would I do if I were to start today with my current knowledge?", and that led to me writing it down between renders.
With the current sale in the Daz store, I have been thinking a lot about what's actually useful and how much I have messed up since I started doing this, especially since I began when Genesis 8 was fairly new and it wasn't very clear (at least for me) what should I get.
